# Contact launchboost

## Email

Write to contact@launchboost.dev. A person reads every message.

Good reasons to write: a question about a listing or a payment, a correction to your startup's page, or a report of spam, scams or a listing that breaks the rules.

## Founders

You can edit your own listing from the dashboard once you're signed in. If your submission was rejected and you think it shouldn't have been, reply to the rejection email so the context stays in one thread.

## Withdrawing from a purchase

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Use the withdrawal form; you don't need to email first.
